The driveway curves toward the water where this large custom home welcomes guests with arms as wide open as the spaces. On 5 acres with 300 feet of waterfront and 75' dock, our private getaway is great for a large family or group of friends. The lake, the hills, the stars, the moon, the fire flies; guaranteed to take your breath away, and then give it back with room to spare. Ahhhhhhh.

The front door opens into the entry hall, living & dining room with a window wall and 180' view of Otsego Lake. Sunsets light the dining table where there is room for twelve. The home's three bedrooms and four bathrooms easily accommodate a family and their guests. The kitchen, designed by a restaurateur, seats eight at the custom island and features a double oven commercial range. Library, office, side entry hall, dry bar with pantry are all on the first floor. Hardwood floors and a collection of new and antique furnishings fill the home. Two grand fireplaces reflect the promise of cozy evenings in front of a fire. Privacy, setting, the luxury décor all wrapped up in a classic shingle style package.

Guests have the entire property to themselves. The waterfront dock, fire pit, hammock, 2 paddle boards, 2 canoes, access to hiking trails and the large property are all exclusive to our guests staying at Wellington.

Rent a boat, learn to paddle board, kayak and fish; it's all right here. Or bring a book and escape the world, the choice is yours.
